Digital Course Purchases

All purchases of online training programs, digital content, or certification courses are final once access is granted. Because our content is delivered electronically and immediately accessible, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations after enrollment. This course will not make you a TX licensed PI, it gives students basic fundamentals of what is required as a Licensed Private Investigator, Journeyman, or contractor.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment was processed due to a technical error.
• The course was unavailable or could not be accessed for more than 7 consecutive days due to a verified system failure.
• The customer did not access or begin the course and requests cancellation within 72 hours of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@txprivateinvestigator.com with your name, course title, payment confirmation, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Courses already accessed or completed.
• Memberships, renewals, and subscription fees.
• Downloadable materials, eBooks, or templates.
• Certificates of completion or continuing education credits once issued.

Course Changes or Cancellations

ACES PI Academy reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any course or material. If a course is permanently discontinued before completion, students may be offered a replacement course or credit of equal value.
